II.                Use this feature to enter actions that are not associated with a document (i.e. BOS, PC, DRC, DRB, or BZA hearings, transmittal sent, action or applicant letters, preliminary or final approvals, closed status, etc…)

a.       Find Actions on the menu bar and click on Add Action

b.      Fill in fields.  All fields are required in order to save the action.

c.       Select Case Type (subdivision, site plan, etc) from the drop-down menu

d.      This will populate the Case ID drop-down.  Select the desired case from this list (only open cases will appear).

e.       Select Action Group from list (planning, JCSA, etc…)

f.       Select Date of Action from calendar.

g.      Select Action Type (comment letter, prelim. approval, APO letter, etc…)

h.      Click on Save Action.  The date and time of the last recorded entry will appear on the screen in addition to the newly added action.
