Can someone
help me with a forgotten password?

No, all of the passwords are fully encrypted, which means that no one can determine what your password may be.
If you’ve forgotten your password, fill out the online password recovery
and an e-mail with a new password will be sent to your account.
If you do not receive an email within 15 minutes then please contact Neighborhood
Connections at 259-5422.

Log in using your old password. Click on the change password link at the bottom of the first screen then enter
the required information.

Users can select Create Account under “Accounts” on the menu bar,
enter the required information and select OK. Please keep your password and
security question in a safe place! Contact Carole Giuliano at 259-5422
who will assign you permissions to use the site. Once you have been
assigned permissions to use the site, you
will be able to access additional features on the site.

of NOWAC can I access without an account?

Users are able to access information on our “connected” neighborhoods
(Need a Menu drop down). The data includes neighborhood name, district,
amenities, contact name, contact address, and contact email, if applicable.
Users can also access the Activity menu bar to access Calendar and Events
for registration and the Help menu bar for FAQ

I have forgotten my secret answer?

Please contact Neighborhood Connections (259-5422). Your security question cannot be recovered and your previous account will need to be deleted and a new account created.

Are there any requirements for creating an account?

Accounts should only be created by “connected” neighborhood board members
and County and agency employees. Once you have created an account or
to find out if your neighborhood is “connected,” contact Carole
